I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made from your esteemed company dealer, Gennext , Port Blair , Andaman & Nicobar Island.(DAMRO). On 1st March,2024, I purchased the Tampa 4-piece bedroom set from your store for the price of 56,000/-, which was later discounted to 51,000/-. However, to my dismay, within a mere four days of its delivery to my home, I discovered that the price of the same set had been drastically reduced to 35,900/-.

This sudden and significant reduction in price has left me feeling deceived and cheated as a customer. It is simply inconceivable that such a substantial price drop could occur within such a short span of time. This pricing strategy not only undermines the trust and loyalty of your customers but also raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of your business practices.

As a loyal customer of DAMRO, I have always held your company in high regard for its quality products and excellent customer service. However, this incident has shattered my confidence in your brand and left me questioning the fairness and honesty of your pricing policies.
