We booked our package with scinitilating andaman but due to unforeseen conditions we have to cancel the plan and after discussing with the Satyaki he said he will return the money but now he has stopped picking up the calls and even stop replying to msgs… Please beware of this person as when you go for the booking you will not find any better perosn than him while dealing but once you cancel the plan then you will see his real face. He always take money in his wife’s (Manjula) account. Both husband and wife are fraud. Please beware of this travel agent. For all your reference i am also attaching his credit note which is advising that he wil return the rest pending amount by 24th Jan’22 but I have not received anything from him.Everyday he has new reasons for not returning and most if the times he doesnt even ans calls.

Please don't go for it.. he is a fraudster.
Took 14k to book trip in February and he neither return my money nor booked the trip.. 🙏 please save your hard earned money and go with make my trip or any well known travel agency.

Please please don't go with this. This is totally fraud company. So called owner Satyaki maiti called us took our money and now didn't picking the calls at all. We registered police complaint though. He is a big fraud and bastered. He just made website and doing fake business. Everyone knows from Andaman that he is a fraud. His whole family involved in this fake. So pls it my request to all don't invest any money with this company otherwise you will lost your money like me.

Worst service.. we paid him all advance but he haven’t book the hotel on time and didn’t paid them. While checking out i got to pay it as i was getting late for my flight. While following up for the refund he keep on postponing the date of refund. I visited andaman in the month of January.. still the refund is pending

Worst agency ever. Just don't go on there prices and trust them. Non professional agent who took advance from us before 2 months itself and didn't even book the hotel rooms. Spoiled our whole trip making us run for the cruise tickets and all. At last they ended up by not completing our trip and not paying our hotel bills. My suggestion is not go by this agency at all and better to plan by urself as everything is handy in Andaman.

These people are not professional at all. They are just taking money in advance but do not book hotels, ferry and anything in advance until you reach there.
At last moment they will give you cheap hotel options, change in tour itinerary. They don't even care about their customers during the trip. They just know to rob money.
Worst service. Do not ever plan anything with them or if planned don't evee pay in advance or else you will have to suffer.

Took 21000 to book trip in October and not return my money and give me fake flight tickets so not give him any rupee
And not picking call now.

No proper hotel booking on paying advance amount finally I need to pay the hotel expenses and I was told that the amount will get refund, am still waiting for the amount..
