We booked a honeymoon package with Andaman Mangroves Holidays (3N/4D). Our trip dates were 07th September 2022 to 10th September 2022. The quality of service and hospitality of the entire team especially Mr. Raja aka Andaman Raja, Prashanth, Nikhil was very warm and excellent.

To narrate our check-in luggage got mixed up with another passenger and we realised the same only after we checked into the hotel. We quickly reached out to Mr. Raja for assistance and he went the extra mile by driving us to the airport, made sure we got our luggage back. Fortunately, the person who took our luggage also was there and we exchanged it.

I don't have to tell you about the rest of the trip, it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed every bit of it. Right from where to eat, what to do, what not to do ...every instruction was provided by Mr. Raja ...he became more of a brother and cared like a family member.

Our trip was made memorable by Mr. Raja and team, we enjoyed every moment and will cherish the bond we created with Mr. Raja for a lifetime.

We planned this trip for our 3rd anniversary. To be honest this anniversary trip was really mesmerizing and unforgettable. 🔥🌴❤
From day 1 till i reach my city there where a proper follow up, also i felt sooooo comfortable in conveying my needs. Though it's a budget trip you made us feel like a luxury trip, arranged a proper stay, private cab and perfect itinerary (totally based on my interest). I never felt so comfortable and even not seen a perfect travel agency, really appreciate your work. It made us relaxed and enjoyable. Our only job is to get ready by given time and get in car.
Also, thanks for arranging the best view seats in ferry. Everything you planned and arranged for us was perfectly fine. 🤩

We planned for 4D/4N but I felt hard while leaving. Definitely I will plan to come again.

5. Comfortable driver (it was a great idea to arrange cab driver who knows customer language, it felt more useful to interact with them and to know more details)
I came to trip in total excitement and no other expectations except (scuba diving). I totally enjoyed the trip, relaxed a lot and will always cherish the moments I spend in islands. 🤩🥰 Though no network I loved the silence and calm atmosphere, no traffic vehicle disturbance.

My tips --- kindly be ready on given time to explore more. Time really played a major role here. 😍

Our family of 6 adults with 2 children (4 years old) and 1 infant (18 months old) planned for vacation and chose the destination Andaman from Chennai for a 5 night during Navratri holidays of our kids.

I was browsing for Andaman tourism and cab operators I just came across mangroves and I read couple of google reviews to be honest all the reviews I read was positives, I happened to call the number and Mr. Raja answered the phone and he was so polite and explained every detail of the tour suggesting me hotels in port Blair, havelock, Neil Island and he quoted the land package (except flights, hotels) it was pretty decent amount comparing to the quote I have received in Chennai. I didn’t negotiate with him he asked for half the money as advance to book the ferry tickets and I sent him thro google pay, as I was narrating my friend the entire script of this booking he asked how did u trust him so blindly and sent him half the money. While I was confused, I received the ferry tickets in a while which was 1,000 higher than my advance amount.

I happened to verify the ferry and it seemed to be the best operator in Andaman. Mr. Raja told he will collect the remaining half as we meet him during arrival. The hotels and the flight tickets were booked from my end with his guidance.

The 1st day of the tour we met him at the airport and he quickly helped us to shift luggage and followed our cab to the hotel. He provided the ferry ticket hard copies and cared to explain how we can enjoy this trip to other Do’s and Don’ts. In general every ppl in Andaman on all the islands were friendly, on day 3 (Sunday) our 18 months baby had severe fever of 103 and being at Havelock island there was no proper medical facilities and only one primary health centre without the doctor, we treated the baby at the health centre but agin in the next 6 hours she had temperature of 104, the parents of the baby were in true panic as there was no facilities and wanted to take flight to Chennai back at 3am I need to wake Mr. Raja the agent and have to explain him the situation and from then he supported us every minute. We had a change of plan out of 6 adults, 2 adults with 4 year child and the infant rather coming to Neil Island they planned to come back Chennai and travelled to port Blair. Mr. Raja assisted them like his own family and stayed with them taking to a private doctor getting the medicines and the doctor assured he’s available 24 x 7 till the time we fly back to Chennai and the couple decided to stay in port Blair and we joined them after our Neil Island trip.

He was reachable every minute for us when we needed his help, it’s said money can’t buy everything and we understood it’s true. Form the cab driver who took us twice on Sunday to the primary health centre or the nurse there and Mr. Raja who was on call every now and then to check our health.

He was beside till we all boarded the flight giving moral support with care and affection I’m sure any operator can match the best service but definitely not this attention, care and love.

We love this man very much and the best thing even our parents we’re commenting that he saved the baby. The baby was diagnosed with throat infection which was the cause of this fever.

If you’re planning for Andaman vacation without hesitation trust this man and I can vouch for this man all time.
