What a beautiful University. Very well maintained and managed. The first time I went there, my reaction was just wow. Very popular . I'm impressed by the view of this university.

My university. No spiritual boundaries. Liberty in all aspects. Great learning, great friends, great events. Good food in canteen good photocopies in xerox centres...still developing, no intent to stop. Tanmay da is enormously supporting and helpful. Come and keep aside your ego to blend into this vigorously big mentality and enjoy a new era of your life.

This area is very nice and clean and the area actually seems to have a net of education spread around it which is very good

This is a newly set up University in North Bengal Region. The campus is highly decorated and designed. Here also available Hostel facility from this year. I was one of the students of the first batch of the Mathematics Department (2015-2017) of C.B.P.B.U. I Love my University & Respect my Teachers.
Those days will not come back to my life again....

Have visited three times for my wife's doctorate course admission. Staff super helpful. HOD sir is so humble. Newly being constructed. Canteen serves super yummy and economical food. Love the place.

Great roads, friendly people,And ofcourse how can you forget the University its great institute offers verious course . One of the best institute i ever seen

But why there is no hostel available for cbpbu students. University is so far from my/our house and we can't afford room rent😧😧

Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University (CBPBU) is a U.G.C. recognised public university in Cooch Behar, West Bengal, India. The university was named after the 19th-century Rajbangshi leader and social reformist, Panchanan Barma. A total of 15 colleges from Cooch Behar district are affiliated to the university.

Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University under the West Bengal Act XXI of 2012 and The Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University Act 2012.

The first statutes of the university were approved by the chancellor of the university, the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal, in the first week of January 2015, and subsequently printed. On 8 April 2015, the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, granted it affiliation.
