I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could. All three orders of mine were promptly delivered on the next day of placing the order. Exceptionally quick service. Even though they made a dispatch error with my first order, they were quick to respond and resolve my inquiries. I only hope they stock up on more varieties of cat supplies. You can rely on them for timely delivery and prompt responses. Extremely pleased with their services. Keep it up!

Beautiful little shop with your little furry family member in mind. Clean, organized and we'll presented with friendly, smiling staff. Unlike typical crowded shops, this feels western and upscale. Lots of toys and treats to show your dogs and cats how much you care for them.

Great store with almost anything you'd ever need for your canine or feline friends! The A to Z shop! Also, would like to mention how polite and helpful the staff was, helped us understand all the products before we made the purchase! This is. A better store compared to other ones in the vicinity. They stock items in all price ranges so you aren't forced to buy unnecessarily expensive items for your pet. Good variety as well

I have been using the DogMycats, both the online service and the outlets for the last 4 years. Their service has been extremely reliable. Until the current crisis, delivery was within hours and I have never faced any problem. In fact, even during these difficult times, they have been making every effort to reach our orders to us in time, and keeping us informed at every stage. It shows that they are all animal lovers and empathise with us.

Wide range. Seems friendly and yet not a pet in sight.
The products they endorse are not necessarily the most expensive or imported.
They are well organised and sure live up to their name.

A ground floor of a house turned into a cute store for pet utilities. One will find most of the stuff they might want for their pets here.

Good stock collection of various cat and dog food. Owner is very generous and humble.

The have really good cat toys, and a good variety of cat food/snacks/litter. The staff is really helpful as well!
