काजू बी साठी प्रसिद्ध असलेल्या लांजा तालुक्यातील धुंदरे गावातील बेनी नदीच्या तीरावर वसलेले, अतिशय रम्य व मन मोहून टाकणारया परिसरात असलेले श्री कालभैरव योगेश्वरी मंदिर या तालुक्यातील प्रसिद्ध देवस्थान आहे.
लांजा बस स्थानका पासून सुमारे तीन किलोमीटर अंतरावर लांजा - धूंदरे रस्त्यावर आहे.
अतिशय रम्य व मन मोहून टाकणारे हे मंदिर सुमारे ४०० ते ५०० वर्षे इतके जुने आहे. श्री कालभैरव योगेश्वरी हे दैवत अनेक घराण्याचे कुलदैवत आहे.
कार्तिक वद्य अष्टमीला या ठिकाणी मोठे उत्सव असतो. या वेळी अनेक भाविक व पर्यटक येथे येत असतात.
