It is one of the biggest church (member wise) in Mizoram. There is a volleyball court just adjacent to it.

As the name itself is self-explanatory, it is a quarters for a Presbyterian pastor who presided over the Presbyterian Churches' ministry of ramhlun north pastoral canton/district. The building is situated at just beside Ramhlun North main road and it could be easily approached by anyone. The quarters has a beautiful and wide compound for parking, the building is quite classical with it's roofing and sharp design yet looks cool though. It has a division of spacious kitchen, two sitting rooms, five bedrooms, guest room and three bathrooms with toilet attached. It has water connection and rain harvesting tank big enough to satisfy the needs of ones family. Here, one could find the comfort of peaceful environment not just because of its coziness but also the presence of the pastor who is ready to help those who are in all kinds of need as in soul and spiritual. Presently, the pastor who lives in the quarters is Rev. Zothansanga, the pastor of Ramhlun North Pastoral District, with his family. He is also happens to be the Leader (2017 - 2018) in Central KȚP, the biggest christian youth organization in Mizoram, that makes this quarters quite popular in the city. But, since the quarters is bit far from the city highway, the commercial city bus is not available through this road. One must take a cab or two wheeler taxi to reach here. The surrounding place is a residential area and there's nothing much to sightsee or to enjoy kind of sort. Traffic is quiet and light, but roads are narrow and buildings are so congested here.
