The Secretariat Administration Department looks after various important subjects entrusted to it by ‘The Government of Mizoram ( Allocation of Business Rules, 2014)’. The Department functions under the leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Pu Zoramthanga. The Secretariat is headed by the Pu J.C Ramthanga, IAS, Addl. Chief Secretary to Chief Minister ably assisted by Additional Secretary Pi Teresi Vanlalhruaii, MCS; Deputy Secretary, Pu Robert C. Lalhmangaiha, MCS, two Under Secretaries Pu Lalbiakfela, MCS (E) and Pi Zoramthangi, MSS (A) two Superintendents Pu Lalremsanga Tlau, MSS (E) and Pu Lalbiakthanga Hnamte, MSS (A). Secretariat Administration Department has a total number of 80 staff.
