I had painful defecation for more than 3 months and went to Indira super speciality hospital,vellore. I have diagnoed to have fissure in ano for which laser surgery advised by them. I underwent laser fissurectomy after that I felt better. The treatment was excellent and the doctors, staffs were well trained. I prefer the hospital for the all kind of gastroenterology problems.
