Book Station

I thought it would be like any other bookstores where you purchase the dictionary, guidebook, solved questions book, GK, etc. So, i had no expectations and just went to the store, the owner of the bookstore is such an delight person to talk to for any topic related Mr. Keeran and the store have different genres of books (not the one you see on a reel and decides to read because it's trending (and that is what i liked the most)). So, overall the bookstore is good for the people's (who really like/love to read books and not just for teens or adults but for the kids too) and again Mr. Keeran is an pleasant owner and to know as a person. I mean, i went having no expectations but, ended up purchasing the whole Harry Potter series and three other books along with it.

More than the books. The process of buying book in the store is amazing. As a college student, I had an insightful chat with Mr. Nakheeran ( the owner ). Started reading his suggestion on self-finance - "The richest man in Babylon". Reading has been an important factor in my personal life. Hope we'll get back into reading like the old time ,to make our life better.

My brother and I had been looking for a gift for our cousin. We came across Book Station, and had a pleasant experience picking up a book. Nakkiran, who runs the store, is a well-read person and knowledgable on the different genres of literature. He helped with suggestions based on our cousin’s age and education. We ended up chatting for ~2hours 😊. He communicates well and has a desire for young and old alike, to pick up the habit of reading. Please visit if you ever get the chance - if not for a book, a chat with Nakkiran will delight you.

Book Station is the best bookstore in Vellore. The owner of the store was a Professor of Engineering At the American University of Malaysia. He himself is widely read man and it is a great pleasure to get engaged with him in conversation. He set up the store with the mission and zeal of spreading reading habit among the citizens of Vellore. The store has a reasonably good collection of books and stationery. Schneider pens are also available here.

The proprietor Mr. Nakeeran is a former Professor. He runs this book shop out of his passion. He gives great guidance for kids aspiring to write competitive exams..

This is the only bookstore in Vellore where you can find fiction, non-fiction, self-help books and much more. It's not merely a bookstore. The owner of this bookstore is a really kind and interesting man. We were able to engage in a thoughtful and intelligent conversation with him. Really grateful to have found this store and to have met an incredible human being. Anyone in Vellore, do checkout this store, you will enjoy it for sure.

I was visiting Vellore from Ethiopia and i'm glad i went to this book store. Not only did i purchase a good book but also i made a friend. The owner is a wonderful person who is well read and knows many things. Its a very large book store with a variety of topis. If you live in Vellore or you are just visiting just like me i highly recommend that you drop by the bookstore.

Was very surprised to find this place in Vellore. For one, the collection of books in this place is quite unique for such a small independent shop, as many of them are handpicked by the owner. He's also a great help in choosing books, and can guide you in the selection based on the age group and interests of the parties you might be gifting them to. The children's section especially is quite rich. And between general books, educational books, stationary and art supplies,there's something for everybody.

Only book store in vellore with some collection. The owner was very receptive. A former head of department of thermodynamics, who instead of joining VIT, started the shop so that his children and future generations have chance to develop reading.

This is the only book store in vellore which has books in all genre. Mr.Nakeeran is the proprietor, he is a very kind person and also a Bibliophile. He volunteers himself to customer in giving suggestion and guidance to choose the books according to our interest. People of Vellore should affirm this place as knowledge zone, make use of it. Knowledge is the only indestructible wealth.

Beautiful place owned by a kind hearted and well educated person. This bookstore has books of various genre such as children's books, fiction, personal development, general knowledge books etc.It also has guides for school students. It is well equipped with stationery items too. It was an unexpected endeavor that me and my friends ended up going to the book station. The collection of books is top notch ,from friction to finance you can find really good books here.The owner is an incredible man who had lots to share and is up for a good chat. If your in town ..do vist... Very recommended!

This bookstore is unique in that it is run by an able person. He loves books and has great knowledge about various genres. So, you can take his suggestions for buying fiction or even kids books. I saw a great collection of kids activity books.
The book shop is very spacious which is rare nowadays. I am sure all the book lovers would enjoy by visiting this shop.

Great variety of books in general and good variety of stationary items! A small haven for book lovers! Was really thrilled to find such a book store in vellore. Good variety of children's books and general books. Was heartening to find classics of Enid Blyton, Anna Sewell, Mark Twain, Charles Dickens and other famous newer children's book authors. Helpful store owner. Will definitely visit again to buy fiction/general books, children's books and stationary items.

The best book shop in the area!!!, Has a large collection of books on different genres.I went to buy self improvement books, and there was a great collection of it! the owner of the store was very polite, helpful and was really great on suggesting books!!
