Perfect ktm service centre … bcz I changed entire duke 200 bs6 to duke 250 even the small nuts and bolts bought from ktm original spare .. the last upgrade of duke stock exhaust on dec 20 ,2k22 .. Hashim a perfect friendly working person helped me lot . Thanks for Hashim, Naveen Anna and ktm vellore ❤

Main thing was service was too fast and perfect 🤩 .

The Vellore KTM showroom is doing a fantastic job. I just want to mention someone who did engine work for me; his name is Mani and he is a very talented person. If you go there, it's really worth it. Ask for Mani to work on your bike; it's definitely worth it. Special thanks to Mani.

I have a very lovely experience with this KTM showroom. Service is prompt and the staff goes out of their way to help you. Extremely satisfied with the money they charge. I really wish that they had more power parts in their store room for butover the counter sales BUT I guess it's okay because I don't think anyone else buys parts like me. Have a word with Ramesh and Dinesh for service. If you want to buy a motorcycle then Arun and Barani are the men to talk to.

I had an accident in yelagiri, the bike was not drivable , so instead of getting it back to chennai where I live ,i took a chance to leave it in Vellore for repair , It was done under insurance and the accidental repair took some time to be done , but when I got back the vehicle it was literally in mint condition . I was beyond happy with the work done on the vehicle by Mr Naveen and the co-ordination done by Mr Ramesh to get the bike back to the way it was , would highly,recommend , kudos team !

My first service experience was great, everyone their had a polite attitude and they fixed the phone holder in the right place. When I saw it, I was so happy.

Got my beast delivered on 19th November 2017, since then I get my beast always serviced here with the professionals(way cool bro's) periodically.

To be more specific on how I trust these guys and enjoy their service blindly is, staying in banglore(work location), I ride down everytime to vellore(being my hometown) to give my beast a thorough checkup and get it serviced and I thoroughly enjoy the ride before serivce and enjoy the ride more after service too.
