The staff is really cooperating and peculiar at their work. Mr. Rajesh is a really good manager and handles the customers with care. He makes sure the delivery Target is completed. Mr. Roy and Mr.Perumal handle their work with perfection
They make sure that the work is done perfectly. I have bought a car from Sarvesh Ford, even had the first servicing which was done efficiently. Whenever I needed to have the car checked they were courteous and welcoming to check the car. They handle the servicing of the car very efficiently. Overall I am satisfied and yes the service department it's been handled by very responsible people.

Perumal and team did a quick and good job when I had to visit them due to clutch slipping and got it replaced. Else would have got stranded on highway. They have a very nice waiting lounge too. Keep up the good work guys.

This is the first time you made me feel delighted on my visit for service of my ecosport on 8th of july.2020.
On my entry i have been personally welcomed and in no time my arvisor attended me the formalities are over in some 10 min.
The social distancing arrangement at waiting lounge is appreciable.
The cleaniness is remarkable, including rest room.
Again back in eve the car was ready in time and billing formalitities are hassle free. Delievery was smooth.
The sevice quality is good and have attended all my issues pointed out.

Sarvesh Ford in Vellore has so far provided good service to my vehicle. We have a good waiting room to sit in, when you give your vehicle for servicing. Service staff are polite and explain all servicing options to you and the approximate cost involved before any work is done.

I had met some wonderful people from Ford Service centre, vellore . Nandhakumar, perumal , Joseph and prakash are customer support whose name I wouldn't forget because of their attention to customer satisfaction.
This service centre is managed by Retired army person( don't remember his name ) and no wonder it has disciplined people working for service centre.

Staffs were too polite. Service was good. Their guest lounge for waiting was clean and good.
