Amazing service. Requested for cab at 3:30 in the morning on a Sunday and they provided one within an hour. Quick, professional and hassle-free and totally transparent with their rates.

Since our car was not available, browsed and chanced upon “ Drop Taxi Vellore”!
Contacted them over mobile and received a prompt and detailed reply. Hence requested a cab to drop me in Sathuvachari.
I took some 10 mins to get ready and before that came down from 1st floor the cab was stationed at our gate!
Driver Karthikeyan cane forward voluntarily to place the luggage.
The interiors of Etios was clean and the seats were comfortable. As it was end Feb, Karthikeyan switched on the aircon asap.
After a brief introduction driver indicated the route which we will take and along the drive he was indicating the major locations as we passed by.
We stopped for coffee and within 2 hours 45 mins ( amidst evening office traffic at Mudichur and Sriperumbudur) Driver Karthikeyan safely reached my home. My family who were waiting at Sathuvachari were also pleased.
The tariff was very reasonable too!
I will not hesitate to use again or to recommend their services!

I called them when I was really desperate to get a taxi or I would have missed an international flight from Chennai airport. They were surprisingly quick to accommodate my request in the middle of night and sent me the cab and driver details on whatsapp 5 mins after my first call.

Very good taxi service. Provides one way drop and pick up from airport at cheaper rates, but with good cars. Always connected and available for immediate reply. Was quick to arrange for alternate vehicle when first one was getting late.
