Because I've dropped school of 3 years. But I've advance knowledge of computer science and ChatGPT Technology Web development etc. and but I think I deserve got select this company I wish I would join this company because I have gotten new opportunity develop communication skills better come by better and officially i never leave a company .

HCL is a well known company in India. Its main headquarters is in Noida, India. This is the Sector 16 branch of HCL. I attended the BIB EXPO for 'HCL CYCLOTHON NOIDA 2023' They organised one of the biggest CYCLOTHON of Delhi-NCR with over 1300 participants.

I believe that working with average people matters because then the work environment is Average. If there is a sense of respect and belief among the people you work with, that is when good work is done. HCL is good name and brand but inside Too much politics...

Beautiful spacious campus with almost all facilities available that is required for a corporate office. Gym, cafeteria, fountain and a beautiful garden in between. After a tired day, what all you need is a garden to roam and a fountain where you can spare time with your teammate. Gym to be in shape always.

Its infrastructure is totally awesome like its fountain ,flowers&grass.The best part is there is three cafeteria inside the campus.There are total four atm.Good medical facility .Shop at cheapest rate for hclites.😁

I went there for HCL CYCLATHON 2023. The arrangement done by them for the event was pretty good with some fun exercises like Watt Bicycle challenge. The products they provided for the participants were definitely great and had a good quality, standing up to their reputation.

Awesome place to work. It has 7 big towers and 3 cafeterias big enough to hold the masses. All facilities are present like Gym, creche and play school for kids, departmental stores with discounts, cafes, health clinic and much more. This is the best place to start your career in IT. The campus area of HCl is excellent.

HCL office is visible from the road. It has parking space in front of the gate. Mostly interviews are conducted in this building. They have a canteen in the basement which serves breakfast and some fast food items. The office has centralised AC but the toilets are not operational on some floors. HR staff is not adequate to handle walk-in drive. Interviews start by 10 AM and keep happening till evening.

This space is basically for Induction and training. Metro station is near by and access to public transportation is easy. But working hours have too much rush in metro and transportation.
