Spacious gym with good equipment. Reasonable price. Staff is very helpful.
Personal training is highly recommended as the trainer are good. Vijay was my personal trainer whose training has given me great results.

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

A nice, and comfortable environment to workout. The instructors here are very friendly and welcoming. Even through its a bit on the expensive side, it is worth it if you can fully utilize the equipment and the instructors' knowledge about exercises. They offer ZUMBA classes to those interested as well. Cleanliness and hygiene is constantly and consciously maintained everyday with thorough cleaning of all equipment and matted flooring. I'd say the only tiny downside I've noticed so far is that if fellow gymgoers don't re-rack the weights and bars, they stay on the floor. Except this, the place is the one if you're looking for a gym.

Equipment's are not sufficient, highly disappointed thing is trainer's are not corporative. No professionalism maintain by trainers and if any client is doing wrong posture these trainers have least concern about clients. I found it very mean! When you hired to serve the client then i believe you should give 100percent towards it. This is how we as clients recommend others to join this gym based on how they treat us. BIG DISAPPOINTED!

I request management to keep an eye on there trainers some of them are not helpful

E-Fitness is very hygienic and there are lot of equipment’s available and when it comes to staff they are very kind and helpful. Overall I had a very good experience with this studio and I would definitely recommend. Specially one of the staff Sri Hari he’s so helpful and his training excerises are so good and he make us achieve the targets pushing hard. 😊

E-fitness studio is one of the biggest gyms in Boduppal. I have been going since six months. Gym has good coaches and equipment. Specially Sameer one of the Coaches is very helpful and trains very nicely. He provides good guidance and techniques which are very helpful.
