In my experience their customer service is fabulous, I have accounts with other banks too but especially i love Axis bank and their serice towards customers especially this branch is doing good job, Bankers and staff try to keep good rapo with their clients and I should appreciate their manager for training their employees to give their best to provide us great experience.

I had a fraudulent transaction on 26th October...and i reached out to my branch at axis Malkajgiri ...i raised the compliant with branch manager and he was not helpfull.. he asked go to online and raise a query...
When i enquired with one of my best sources at jhills axis branch..he said the branch manager has to look into it personally.

I am not happy with the axis Bank manager at Malkajgiri branch
