The Fern Residency, Asansol

Service is extremely good. Rooms are very good. The stair case is not very clean. Lifts are good but has only one for the guests.

One of the best place to be in Asansol. One can have car parking, within the campus of one of the most hapenning Mall, easy transport availability.
Room service is superb.

Good hotel I attended 3 partys on The Fern Residency and have good experience good staff good food and net and clean.

The coordination to handle huge amount of guests is just superb. World class decorated Hall's... Cozy sitting facilities.. Wide range of cousins... Assistant nd waiter service is Appriciatable... And finally free parking with all security arrangements is no doubt star rated.

Had an excellent stay at The Fern Residency in Asansol. The Winter Green Room where I had stayed was huge. Although a 3-star hotel but the room was like a 4 star category room. The bathroom was super clean. I wish there was liquid handwash rather than a soap. Food was good and price was okayish for a 3 star hotel. All the hotel staffs - Front desk, room service and housekeeping - was genuinely nice and helpful. I wish the location of the hotel was nearer to the railway station as the station is around 5 kms away. However, this is definitely a hotel where you'd like to stay over and over again.

Good place or can be termed as the only one with best accommodation available in the city.
Located just above Galaxy Mall which is convenient to find being a landmark.

Tasty food for those who wants to dine in with courteous service else plenty of choice available outside as well.
It has a bar also but not a very upmarket, food for this city, one can still have an evening drink.
Comfortable room.
Overall nice for a business travellers.

The food is really really great, which is pretty rare for hotels as luxurious as these, as they tend to focus on ambience, rather than food. But this place really would give other restaurants in Asansol a run for their money. The breakfast spread is simply too good.

Very good property. Food is very good, a bit on the costly side. They have a good bar and the rooms are very spacious. They are in the same building as the Galaxy shopping mall so you can enjoy some time in the mall also. They are following covid protocol.

One of the best 5 star hotels. Hospitality is top notch, rooms are superb, accessibilities are great, the food is awesome. There is the community hall where you can organise weddings, receptions, birthdays etc. It's on the 4th floor, while the rooms are on the 6th. Be aware that there is no 'G' in the elevator referring to ground floor, but instead it is 'B'.
It is situated adjacent to the galaxy mall building, however the entrances are different for the 2.
Plenty of parking space available.

Specious room, service good, house keeping is good. But food cost is too high ( like tawa roti Rs. 60/- plus gst per pice). Room price not that much high.

Nice hotel, complentry breakfast is super in this hotel. Only good 3 star hotel in this city so staff take advantage of it and didn't solve the problems easily. Otherswise other amenities are nice. The staircase which can be used during fire is so dirty and poorly maintained.

Have been told it's best in Asansol ,it hadn't disappointed when I stayed. Rooms are spacious,food is delicious. Staff is wonderful. It has gym also. Moreover the hotel is a part of Galaxy mall which houses many super stores and multiplex .So it is ensured that you never get boarded. What else one expect at hotel.
