points to look after- 1) why allowing cars inside encouraging pollution. Should be strictly prohibited.2) expected little bit of better cleanliness. 3) zoo is in a deplorable state
Otherwise fine.

It's a huge ground with beautiful views. Apart from love birds you can come here for peace, picnic, group outing, even for photoshoot etc.
There is restaurant, fountain , bridges and lots of space.

A very good and big place .... Family picnic spot on the bank of Damodar river .... Many animals and birds like rabbit, emu, peacock, etc.
Rides for childrens, boating and many more to explore

It's a very beautiful park located in Asansol. There are several rides available for kids. One old aeroplane is present there which is an attraction for tourists for taking photos. Park area is huge. May take more than 3 hours to cover. Boating facility is also available there. The garden is very beautiful, full of seasonal flowers. You can see Damodar river bank just beside the park. Canteen is available for snacks. Cost reasonable.

This is a great picnic spot . There are flowers all around the entry fees is 30 rs per every person for picnic you need to book a spot first . The park is very old it has a musical fountain. The park premises are neat and clean.

It's a beautiful park. Here you can enjoy being in nature. Great place to visit with family especially during winter.
However, toilet could've been better maintained.

It's a huge park with lots and lots of rides to enjoy as well as it has a large and facilities picnic spot too there are sitting areas and decoration all around the park ..

Nice place for a short outing. The park was so big and quiet maintained. Lot's of free place. If you are lonely still you can enjoy the beauty of nature. And the view of damodar rever during sunset is unforgettable.

A beautiful park full of greenery, ponds and birds! Perfect place to spend a morning. There's a mini enclosure with emus, rabbits and turkeys. If you walk towards the end of the park you can also view the Damodar river in the horizon.

Nice place to visit. Specially for couple. Not fully recommended for families except in winter season. Entry fee per head 25/- (may change as per rule of park authority)
Resturant present inside the park.
Best place for photography.

Nehru Park is located on the banks of the Damodar River at Burnpur, a neighbourhood in Asansol in the Indian state of West Bengal.
The park was developed on the banks of the Damodar, retaining the undulating terrain of the area. A small stream flows through the park. The slopes have been utilised to develop gardens and walkways.

Beautiful park by the side of Damodar river. A good place to visit any day. However there is no proper toilet which is very essential.

Suppb place. Its open now. Good place for lovers , children's and family picnic.

Amidst the lap of nature, amidst the greenery and the scenic beauty of beautiful Damodar River, this is the best place to visit in winter. The largest park in the District of Paschim Barddhaman perhaps.

Suitable for--
couples ( you can find a lots of couples behind trees, on benches, doing their usual stuffs.),
Parents with children ( well there is a kids section with some slopes and all which kids do enjoy),
a group of friends ( can have some fun time, few laughs amidst nature),
People who want to take some portrait shots with their DSLRs( all the trees with their folliage and seasonal flowers do make beautiful background for portraits).
