Excellent service provided by selfdrives/ Pannu car rentals. I had hired the Gurkha for a week for my Himachal trip, vehicle was in very good condition. Mr Vijay was very helpful in getting the vehicle permits for other states done. Overall I had a very good experience.

I and my friend rented a Thar Petrol AT Hardtop for 6 days via selfdrives.in and collected the Car from Pannu Car Rentals. The pick-up process went very smoothly as all formalities were done over the phone and WhatsApp. Took the Thar to Spiti Valley and it performed very well and never gave us any trouble as it was reasonably well maintained. After the trip, the drop process went as smoothly as the pick-up and we were refunded the full security deposit on the spot after deducting FasTag toll charges. The host was very polite and helpful.

Extraordinary service by the team, I took a car and in between an interim issue came up they follow up and resolved my issue. Cars are of good conditions with nominal rates compare and having wide variety of cars.

We've booked four different cars in past one year. I would like to rate 4.5/5.
Unlike Zoom Cars and Revv they're just providing their facilities in Delhi only, So I'll suggest everyone to visit their pickup center before booking a car, you can meet Mr Vijay there, He understands you well and can suggest a better car option as per your trip, He's very helpful and soft spoken.

Unlike others they're offering a variety of cars from Maruti S presso to Audi Cabriolet, every single car is in different condition. So you can choose a vehicle which is less driven and good in condition. Hopefully we had a great experience all the time.

Things to remember:
* These are the commercial vehicles so make sure to buy state tax and check for fastag.
* Please check whether it has governor installed in it or not, It can be very irritating for highway trips, I've experienced it with Zoom car.
* Make sure tyres are not worn much and stereo works well.
* Pay refundable deposit amount in cash so that they could return it on the day of drop.
* Test Drive before starting your journey.

Took a self drive car from them. Process is quite simple and streamlined. Car was brand new. Return was equally easy and fast.

I went reviews where everyone posted negative. But i want to appreciate Mr. Vijay at Dwarka office with his professionalism. I recommend

1. Car was in first class condition mechanically and ready to use clean.
2. Staff service was also good and they explained the conditions properly
3. Just Fyi, Car is speed locked for 80 km/hr

Very professional service good quality cars and punctual

The complete process was very smooth, right from pickup of the car to the Return. The owner (Mr. Dilraj) was very professional and all the staff is very well trained. Right from the employees who take your booking to the driver who delivered the vehicle.

We had no issues with the car. Booked a BMW X1 which was delivered before time and only had 4000km on the odo.

The most impressive part was the booking process, visited their parking yard, looked at the inventory and booked the car with only the rental amount. It was promptly delivered the same day and delivery executive collected the security deposit. The car was collected the next day as agreed and security deposit was refunded at the time of collection of vehicle.

Would definately use them again for my next rental.

This company service is excellent.

Average cars are available here. We got a Ritz which was not in proper condition.. had to quarrel to get a different car. But rates are on the lower side and very much affordable. I recommend this car rental service
