Dwarka District Court Complex

As I'm pursuing Law, I came here to do the internship. There is no explanation for the experience of the court it's always tiring for the client because nobody wants to come here, but as per my experience of working here at Dwarka Court it's build is very good, very spacious, convenient for running from one court to another within the premises. The court staff is very good. A facility for parking for advocates are available and the canteen is also available for litigants and the advocates.

The Dwarka District Court Complex is a relatively new court complex located in Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi. It was inaugurated in 2013 and is spread over an area of 10 acres. The complex houses 25 courtrooms, a library, a cafeteria, and a parking lot.

The court complex is well-maintained and clean. The courtrooms are spacious and well-lit. The library has a good collection of legal books and journals. The cafeteria serves affordable and hygienic food. The parking lot is large and can accommodate a large number of vehicles.

The staff at the court complex is courteous and helpful. They are always willing to assist visitors and litigants. The security arrangements at the court complex are also good.

Overall, the Dwarka District Court Complex is a well-functioning and well-maintained court complex.

Near dwarka sec 10 metro station. Easy to reach. Careful of the touts...

Well kept and maintained. Having disabled friendly facilities.

Wonderful experience. Nice clean and very secure. Staff in the building was helpful. Canteen and related facilities are good too. Approachable by metro easily.

Very tight security due to covid19 , Please were mass & Take sanitizer with you , be happy be safe

Staff is very helpful if you behave politely with them.
New building is also very spacious.
There's a little issue for parking and making it's payment if you park your vehicle outside as a visitor.

Building is very nicely built & and the lifts are also in good condition.... Court Rooms are bigger in comparison to other district court., the court complex is very huge....

Court is besides Dwarka sector 10 metro. This is a big plus. 90% visitors come true metro.
Very well connected by road and metro. Very nicely built, fully spacious and clean court compound.
You find all services inside court complex. One the best court I ever noticed.

All advocates have been allocated chambers at reasonable prices. Building contains a Bank, ATM, Stamp shop and subsidized canteen offer breakfast lunch and supper.

This is South west district court. All kind of court cases are helding here.

Jurisdiction of the court is good they always provide good decision on the cases.

Advocate Chambers building is also inside the court building.

Parking is not free of cost.
Charges 50 per hr

Very beautiful complex. Very spacious. But crowdy. No proper sign board. One has to struggle to reach the relevant court room. Tea snacks are available. Photostat machines are there to cater the clients. Photographer are also there for urgent photos. Branch of SBI is there. Separate chambers for advocates. Parking facility for clients is out side court complex. Metro station is adjacent. E-Rickshaw are available.

. Overall easy approach.

Had the chance to visit the court today. The courts are not too crowded and overall amenities are good. You can get off at Dwarka Sector 10 metro station and court is hardly at a distance of 100 meters from metro station. If you are looking for a lawyer then you can visit lawyer’s chamber. If you are looking for a good criminal lawyer just write a reply and I will suggest you one.

Correctly tagged location, parking was just beside the court complex, entry-exits were secured, premises was clean, floors were well maintained, inside building directions were mentioned all over, eateries were available. Overall a good experience of the location but I hope that you do not have to visit it. Have a happy life. :)

The Court is really well maintained and it is equipped with many new technologies which are very good. This court shows our judiciary system is improving

Dwarka District Court is nice enough as there is a mall also opposite to the court.

It is a temple of justice.
Has excellent infrastructure both physical and intellectual. Feels like a mini city in itself.

There is an excellent hospital just across the road. It has a good canteen, a railway ticketing counter, a post office, a bank, a dispensary and make shift hospital for staff and advocates.

It is a very well guarded court.

It is very high on amenities!

Can do much better on the aspect of getting new chambers for the learned advocates.

The notaries must be given a dedicated spot to comfortably conduct their profession.

The notarial stamps aren't available in the post office though.

There's some scope for improvement but it is a good court overall.
