Behaviour of the staffs are very impressive. They took 2-3 hours for battary replacement, but complete this work almost within 1 hour. I have visited this service centre only once and my experience was very good so I am giving this positive response with 5⭐

Nice service and behaviour

Good behaviour from the staffs. My poco x3 pro's motherboard suddenly stopped working. They check the nessesary documents and register my order within 30 mins. Due to lack of part they said it'll take about 1 month.

My experience is very good for this MI service centre. My redmi note 10 pro mobiles front camera stopped working after an ota update. I came there & deposit my phone. Service executive said phone will be repaired free of cost. After 5 days I get my phone after repairs.

This place is opposite Burdwan boromosjid ,,, this is really a good place,The main thing is that usually different from other MI service centre that ,,,,,here staff of service centre are polite and friendly also good behaviour,,,,they always there to help you,, . This place is fully Air conditioned,, cleaned and hygiene.
