Clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. I was expecting smaller sized pods but was pleasantly surprised. The room even had a mini fridge . Definitely worth the price for a few hours while waiting for your layover to use the washroom, shower, etc.

Must commend the staff for being very helpful, friendly and courteous. I wasn't sure how to get to the location and they sent a person to get me, Pradeep I think was his name.

I recently stayed at Sam's Snooze at My Space with my family, and although we encountered a few issues, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to fulfill our requirements. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we initially had some trouble with the air conditioning, and the staff promptly resolved the issue. Overall, our experience at Sam's Snooze at My Space was great, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This was my first time of staying at the snooze inn. I had a really strange domestic layover and when you get some rest for the night. I booked the place online.

The instructions were to call a number after reaching a certain pillar at the arrival gate. The call was answered immediately and a staff came to pick me up and help me with the luggage. The check in was smooth and the rooms were quite impressive! They were compact yet tidy and neat and the bathroom was clean as well and had hot water at all times. I was impressed with the facility and the service

A very convenient and comfortable place for a short layover between flights. You need to book the space well in advance before your date of travel. Located on the fourth level of the Multi Level Parking of T3 Delhi Airport Terminal. Decent and comfortable rooms. No food options are available within the Snooze Pod, however plenty are available in the near vicinity.

I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing, because I was booking this for my daughter and her active 2 year old. They had an overnight stay at the airport with an early morning flight to catch.

However, they found the place so convenient and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, that I am thrilled with their experience.

They were received at Arrival hall and helped to reach the facility. In the morning, they were woken up at 4 am. with a hot cup of Tea. The food they had stored in the refrigerator was warmed up and given to them. They were helped with their luggage till the departure gate.

Very comforting to know that such places exist.

I am a frequent traveler and often travel internationally from Delhi. Once, I had a long layover and wanted to stay near the airport.

That's when I heard about sams snooze sleeping pods located very close to the airport. I booked it online and arrived at the hotel,

Once inside the pod, I felt very comfortable. It had a good mattress, soft lighting, and a phone charging port, so I could charge my electronic devices.

I slept very well and felt refreshed the next morning. The sleeping pods made my layover very comfortable and I will definitely book it again the next time I have a layover in Delhi.

If you are a frequent traveler at Delhi airport and are looking for comfortable accommodation, then booking sams snooze sleeping pods is a great option.

If your looking for a stay inside the Delhi Airport terminal, I would recommend to go for this one.

The rooms were decent with all the essentials provided like water, towels etc.

They even come to pick you up from the arrivals when asked for the location of the place.

This is a great spot for sleeping if your flight gets in late at night! The staff is wonderful and Vinod the night service desk manager will make sure that someone is there to meet you in front of gate number 1 (outside where the drivers meet their pickups). Vinod really went the extra mile and personally waited for me for a whole hour in the middle of the night. I am so grateful, I felt so safe!

Perfect if you need a quick stay for a long layover flight as just steps away from the airport. And the staff is very helpful if you can’t find the place. They will not only help you with your luggage but also transportation to and from the airport . The rooms are cozy, clean, well-air conditioned and apt for a quick snooze. Would definitely recommend !

This is a great place to stay! An ideal location, it boasts a terrace view of planes landing and taking off. You have your very own bathroom and the place is immaculate. The staff is very kind and attentive, helping me with my luggage to the entry gate of airport from the hotel. Highly recommend!

I found this place online and so grateful for the most comfortable, clean and safe layover space by Sams Snooze Sleeping pods. The process was very easy to book and they sent over their helper to take our luggage to and from the airport . It was great to have a personal room witu attached toilet inside T3. Would highly recommend to everyone

The night team led by Vinod were exceptionally helpful, considerate, professional and attentive, making my 11 hour lay over at SAMS pods comfortable and as stress free. It's a really excellent option for those with a bit of cash but don't want to splash out on the Holiday Inn Express inside Terminal 3. SAMS is on the 6th floor of the multi-storey car park immediately outside Terminal 3; probably a 1 to 2 minute walk from Terminal 3 exit 1, although the lifts in the multi story take a bit of time to arrive!! The rooms have all you need for a layover/sleep - I had a double bed in my room which had aircon, a TV, decent enough internet and an ensuite with a shower basin and loo. Vinod was very helpful in printing out a boarding pass and the docs needed for my flight in the morning and walked me the departure door in the terminal to ensure I went to the right place. Vinod and the the other team members were very personable but non intrusive and very well boundaried, ensuring for a relaxing and peaceful stay. I thoroughly recommend the place and will definitely return to SAMS when coming through Delhi. Thanks again to Vinod and the team..

Excellent location for night layover ! Very helpful staff.
Highly recommend this place. My parents were arrving late night at Delhi airport , this place proved to be perfect for spending night. Staff is very proactive , Sanjay from the staff established good and prompt communication , from recieving my parents to check in , he was assisting them through out, highly reccomend his and his staff hospitality. I am very impressed ! Will not think twice to use this place again.

So glad the airport has sleeping pods!! After sleeping in airport after airport, this was heaven to me. It's safe and the beds are cozy, not much more I can ask for!

I will say that I thought this was actually inside the airport, it technically wasn't. So finding the place was a little scary for me, but I did get there.

***For help to future travelers: exit Terminal 3 ground level at gate 1, and walk outside where all the cars are picking up people. You'll see a multi car park building diagonally to the right, walk towards that. When you get inside the building, take the elevator up to level 6, and you'll see it there. There's even people walking around in work vests to help you, that's how I eventually found it.

I had an 8 hour layover between New Delhi and Kathmandu this was a nice alternative to the expensive hotels at Aerocity and closer. I found it no problem at the 6th level Multi Level Car Parking Terminal 3. Pod was clean, comfortable and well maintained and I easily made my connecting flight.

I stayed with the Snooze folks recently on my first trip to India, when I had a small window of about 8 hours between connections and needed a place to unwind and rest in peace.

Everyone on the staff that I spoke to was polite, kind, friendly, and very helpful! I gave a call when I landed and within five minutes they called back and sent someone over to fetch me. The manager was exceptionally polite and patiently helpful, especially given how tired I was at the time, and the assistants offered to fetch me food or anything else I needed during my stay (though honestly I just showered and then slept like a rock).

The shower was surprisingly nice, the fan/AC kept me almost too cool, and the bed was a much-needed comfort after 30 hours of travel. The only moment of struggle I had was when I managed to get the sliding bathroom door jammed and it took about three minutes to free myself again! I have similar doors at home and they jam that way too at times, so not a big deal, just hilariously funny when you’re drop-dead tired!

All in all it was just what I needed, and I would definitely stay again on another visit passing through Delhi

I didn't stay here but i called to inquire about their location. The gentlemen informed me that they are located outside the Airport and you have to cross immigration to get there. ( I have an Australian passport but no Visa for India) I inquired if there was any other place inside the airport ? He advised me to check Holiday Inn Express which is located inside the terminal, he gave me the website address of Delhi Airport. Now that's very courteous and thoughtful.
