Well, I'm not a person who writes reviews, but this place CD has left an impression worth sharing. The best way to analyze a place is to rate it on basis of its Pros and Cons.
Pros: The place possesses all elements of fitness,
1. bodybuilding,
2. Olympic weight lifting,
3. functional fitness,
4. mobility,
5. row crew.
6. The Largest in Dwarka, Delhi
7. A great place to vibe with friends.
Cons: couldn't think of any.

Dear, requires a special mention as it provides coffee from one the finest brews of Blue Tokai Roasters💖. A perfect place to be with friends and share thoughts and enjoy beautiful sunsets💗💗.

By far the best Studio in town.
This location is mint from the staff, to the customised equipment to the facility itself with such huge space. Group classes are fun, fellow members are inspiring, amazing vibe as soon as you walk in. The cafe inside offers the best coffee and cookies for which i can’t stop drooling 🤤

Central dynamic is well designed training facility. It includes multiple training areas embedded with diverse and top of the line equipment. This high quality gym caters to all member need. From the management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (CD) to anyone. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Central Dynamics, Dwarka stands out as one of the most exceptional gym and health club's. It feels like it has been curated with a lot of research, and practical-functional understanding and a whole lot of love for the art of working out.
1. Great use of the space.
(It has one of the largest areas, quite literally a whole floor, and has got the entire area divided into various sections based on the muscle group u wish to work on and more.)
2. Top of the line set up and equipment. (The Rowing line and the Olympic lifting are the best of the best)
3. Skilled coaches/guides/friends
(They are available round the clock, helping one perfect their form and hitting every workout the right way.)
4. Great vibe
(Its a whole community of people who genuinely love what they do and are there to help u on your fitness journey. )

Exceptionally one of a kind facility. Incorporated by finest, world class equipments. Being layed through out the entire malls floor, it is divided into specific spacious sections for the kind of workout one is onto. All the staff & team are very affable, are highly professional and have a markable sports background. Very upbeat & positive environment all around.

Fabulous gym with great equipments and vibe. Has the best world class olympic lifting and MMA sections which are one of a kind in the entire NCR. Must visit and try this one...worth its salt for the name to be called a proper health and fitness center. Fantastic cafe as well

Best equipped gym ever.
Different sections like Yoga studio, Olympic weight lifting, weight training, functional training, crossfit, cardio,
et cetera. Plenty of workout machines. You name it they have it!
Washrooms and lockers are pretty good.
Trainers are very professional and experienced.
A section for coffee lovers too.

Truly Speaking this is something which I explored and expected to have only in Overseas but it's really out of the world experience for me to get such place in my own city.Really loved the aura of having workout here.
It's a must tried for all the athletes who are searching for something new in their daily workout regime...
