ICICI Bank Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

I got my issue solved with ease, the banker is quite efficient and helpful.

i usually travel between Pune and Delhi a lot. Though my home branch is in Pune but whenever i visit this branch at Uttam Nagar, the staff always treats you on priority. I've normally seen in other banks the staff behaving differently between home and non home branch customers but here I felt the difference. So out of 5 I give this branch 4.75. The cashier is very slow. Else this branch is good. Pls keep up the good work.

I had great 👍 & satisfactory experience over here, in this branch. I went in ICICI Uttam Nagar branch to sort my issue. The technical support man guided & tried to help me out in his possible way. Later, the HEAD MANAGER 😊 - Mr. Diljeet Singh, finally resolved my issue in his best possible way he could & updated my other documents too which ws need of the hour. 🎉

Wrong address update on google map.no any icici bank and atm found..i have visit on this locaton and waste money and time..please do not visit on google map location..main location is in uttam nagar near west metro station..

Sttaf behaviours bead in customers

2 out of only 5 counters operational!
Untrained staff keep looking at each other's face for a simple query.
Manager sitting in cabin is useless
Their tabs are never charged up and their chargers are always missing
All iñ all confused place even for the staff sitting there
Branch experience is similar what has been approx. 15 years before!

Online customer care representative was very rude and failed to answer my query.

Assigned a customer relation manager who never replies even to a NRI customer. Whenever made calls system is always down and no call back facility is available. Not really happy :( have to suffer a lot!

Worst Branch ! Cash deposit machine never works ! If you have to deposit urgently they simply deny !

Worst customer support. They don't even care for their customers. They pretend like they are too busy. Customer is not their priority at all.
The chief branch manager don't even know anything. And branch manager acts like he is the Prime minister of this branch.

Worst ever experience , i wait for approx 1 hr for address updation , still they said wait for 5 min , i u hv enough time then go there else do not visit this branch ever

Poor Customer service. They do not treat the customers in well manner. They pretend like they are very busy but they do nothing rather than roam around in the branch.
