Greenland has very good drivers and reaching destinations on time skill. The sleeper coaches berth should have been a little longer so that a 5'10 feet height man can also sleep very comfortably in starting or middle berths, ambience is really good, please improve the hygiene in berth beds coz I found 3 - 4 🪳, 2 bedbugs ...please take action over this so that your side 100% will be done.

I traveled from Bengaluru to Munnar. One of the best traveling experience. Drivers are Very polite and pleasent, showing respect to the travelers. Very panctual. Dropping and pick up service at Munnar is extrodinary , which one could think off. The green lines co-ordinator at Munnar is very co-operative and humble. This act of the co-ordinator is very supportive to the travelers, who visit Munnar for the first time.

Nice staffs.Took an ac sleeper from Bangalore to Thrissur.that was an amazing experience.bed and linen was completely clean.they gave complimentary snacks pack too.over all👌👌👌 💯💯💯

Had an amazing experience with Green line travels.
Booked the Tirupati darshan tour ,and it was handled very smoothly.

The bus provided to us was clean and comfortable (ac-sleeper).The journey started at 9 30 pm ,from Bengaluru. We reached Tirupati at around 3:30 in the morning.

There we got the tokens for "Slotted Sarva Darshan". We got the right advice from the guide ,and were successfully in getting the token for the 11 AM slot ( took two hours of staying in the queue for this , we got the tokens at around 5:30 AM ,there were limited slots and it was first come first serve ).

Then were taken to "hotel vintage inn' ,where we were given rooms to freshen up and then had breakfast as well .

We were taken to Tirumala by a govt bus (which was arranged by green line ) - we reached at around 9-15.

By 4 o clock in the evening we were done the complete darshan ,following which we were brought back to the same place (the inn) for our lunch . Finally we came back to Bengaluru after that , reaching at around 11 AM.

The guide was really knowledgeable,and helped us a lot in having a seamless experience. I would surely recommend Greenline travels for Tirupati -Tirumala darshan .

One of the finest bus service received so far. The bus is neat and clean, pillow, bedsheet everything was clean. The seats are comfortable with enough space. Departure and arrival was on time, there were sufficient bio stops on the way, the driver was very professional and polite.

Good bus service to Kukke Subramanya temple. Mostly on time. Clean, sleeper, provided pillow, bedsheet, blanket, and plenty of dosage for sleeping and luggage. Although the nature of journey is a bit difficult due to lots of turns and you and downs and few people may have issues like puking, feeling uneasy during journey but it has nothing to do with bus service. I mentioned it as a precaution to passengers opting to go to Kukke Subramanya. Overall journey was good. Recommended if you opt to go on bus.

My wife and daughter travelled from Chennai to Palakkad , the service was extremely genuine and they understood very well about my worries since they travelled first time by bus to Palakkad.

Booked a ticket with them in a/c sleeper from Bangalore to Chennai. Bus was good, arrived on time, staff was caring about us, cause they saw we had not enough experience travelling by bus. Overall impression is great. They even helped us book tickets for other company bus further from Chennai.

The way they treat you is priceless. They provide the basic amenities like snacks and water bottle. The environment inside bus is very nice with green lights on. I traveled once. Cost is a bit high.

Customer support is good and they are very polite. A/c sleeper bus are well maintained. They rarely have problems, but if their are any issues they'll try to solve it.

Punctuality is a positive trait in this airline. Helpful by nature and provides proper amenities for travel.
On time arrival. Never faced issue of bus breakdown. Overall more than satisfactory experience.

Good package service to Tirupati, stop over hotel for change needs proper maintenance, leaking taps, unclean washbasin etc.
