Food is just awesome, veg as well as non veg.Sandeep Kaka will assist you in booking for scuba diving and other water sports and will also guide you to plan other sightseeing.

There are 4 AC rooms available on first floor. There is a small restaurant built behind the house. The owner will assist you in booking for scuba diving and other water sports and will also guide you to plan other sightseeing.

Homestay at Matruchaya Residency was 5+ star. The hosts unbelievably sweet and kind, rooms clean , home cooked local malvani cuisine to cry for. Must visit and stay at Matruchaya Residency for people who know how to appreciate Konkani hospitality as well as food. It's a homestay, hence don't expect hotel facilities.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Rooms are well maintained and hygienic. Property is pleasure to stay as owner Sandip personally takes care of all guests. He also guided us on the spots to roam and because of him got the best deals. He also serves delicious food as per our order and requirements.

Matruchaya residency is the best combination of low budget stay with all the amenities of Hotel. The owner Mr. Sandeep is the great host, the food which they serve here is homemade & very delicious specially the non veg. The best part of the residency is the service they offer. Everyone is humble, polite & so helpful that you wouldn't feel like it's a professional stay you will feel like home. They even helped me to do all the water sports activities in cheaper rate than market & also helped to take the money back from the local agent who took double money online for the same activities.

Matruchaya Residency....the best homestay in Malvan.....it serves the best malvani food with a very pleasant comfortable stay. The hosts are highly hospitable and tries to make their guests as much happy as they can....they are always ready with everything and guides us to the best of their ability. Their friendly pet Leo is an additional attraction(atleast for us). The best part is the whole family is running the homestay to make it a successful one.
I would highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy your vacation and make it memorable.....The dewoolkars are a wonderful simple hearted family....My regards to them for everything they did for us.....

Fabulous accommodations. Dinner and breakfast was awesome. You can enjoy Malvan’s best taste over here. The owner is very helpful and polite in communication. My rating for this place is 10/10.
