I live in Australia and was on vacation for a month in Kankavli. I was in search of some nice, tidy and clean place to workout and was lucky to find Royal Fitness. This is probably best gym in Kankavli. Air conditioned, well maintained with quality equipments and friendly but professional trainer is great plus. I liked the fact that they got secured lockers, changing room, clean bathroom and special space for warm-up and stretching exercises.

Well equipped, clean, strict hygien related rules and manner, owner and trainer are very friendly and helping nature. Most important there are 3 AC

I have joined this gym since 1.5 months and i think this is best gym in kankavli the quality of weight training machines and cardio section is top. Trainers are excellent. If u live in kankavli you must join this gym.

Systematically arranged and cleanliness is the first impression that any can say about. Fitness trainers are motivating, helping members.

The Royal Fitness Gym by Sir. Vivek Bobhate is undoubtedly the best gym presently in Kankavali. Me being a workout enthusiast who is located in Mumbai, the gym falls no short in surpassing the workout experience which we rarely find in the Mumbai's gym. Hygienic, clean equipments, rustless weights/rods, Air conditioned surroundings and cleansed ambiance are the major USP of this gym.

Staff:
Abhijeet - The guy behind the desk is by far the most friendly and soft spoken person. Very approachable and has smiling face whenever we ask him for help.

Coaching Staff:
Swapnil and Sudhir are one of those trainers who are really grounded and attentive throughout. Whenever asked to spot or to provide assistance, they're always available without a hitch. Professionally sound and has good knowledge about basic workout drills. Extremely friendly and both will provide thorough assistance when your feets are on the mat.

Pros:
* Cleanliness
* Hygienic weights/rods
* Air conditioned and proper space to work out.
* Availability of Dumbells (1kg - 40 kg's)
* Advanced leg press machine
* Cardio machines are well maintained and top notched.

Cons:
* Only large size of safety belt is available. Belt can avoid alot of injuries, hence, belts of all sizes can make a difference.
* Absence of leg curls/extension machine.

I would highly recommend this gym for all sorts of age groups. Today is the world of fitness, and the Royal fitness gym is doing exceptionally well to motivate people and to guide them to their dream physique.

"Royal Fitness Unisex Gym" has provided a huge platform with good quality modern equipments and certified personal trainers.
More precisely one need not to be worry about the hygiene factor.
