Shri Swami Samarth Niwas is a great place to stay.

The rooms here are elegant and clean. The owner of this accommodation Mr. Vikram is very cooperative and he gave us good service. The breakfast and tea were good.

The hot water system is good, and 4-person rooms and 2-person rooms are also well equipped, also Malvan beach and the ferry boat place are very close distance, so it is walkable.

I would recommend this place for everyone to stay at.

The stay was good and peaceful. The owner is such a nice person and is very cooperative. I recommend when in Malvan please stay book & stay. Every sightseeing is convenient. The amenities were upto the mark.

Really awesome place. Stayed here with my friends on a trip. The owner Vikram is really helpful and gives you advice on your travel plans. The rooms are really spacious and provide good value for money. Also plenty of drinking water bottles are provided which is really convenient as well.

Due to its connectivity with Chiwla beach and other parts of Malvan city it will be the most economical and wise choice!
Overwhelmed with owners hospitality and being available for us all the time is cherry on the top.
Additionally the place is safe and comfortable for long stays or short ones.

Tastey Breakfasts are available, only a night prior we should inform if you want to taste local delicacy ghawn chatney.
Otherwise tea pohe can be available in 30 min.

Lunch- dinner: too many options available near by this homestay.

I would definitely recommend everyone & prefer to visit again.

The homestay is maintained extremely well, it is not only economic but also quite close to the beaches. The caretaker, Mr. Vikram is extremely polite and ensures that the customers are not being scammed throughout the city. The place is filled with satva gun and it is a once in a lifetime experience to stay here. Moreover, they also provide mineral water bottles in abundant quantity. I would say, you will find no other option better than Shri Swami Samarth Niwas in Malvan.

Best homestay near Chivla beach with great ambience and service. We had booked a room for two people. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner is so humble and cooperative. Highly recommended for Malwan trip.

I was on a road trip from Mumbai to Goa via coastal route and I was looking for stay for 1 night with lesser rates and I found this place, at first I was little bit doubtful that how 4 persons can be accommodated in one room but after reaching I was surprised with well maintained room they have lunch and dinner facility in their neighbour which is also awesome with local touch.

Stayed here for 3 days. The owner was very cooperative and helpful. The neighbour aunty cooks delicious homemade food. Must try. The room was clean. No TV, AC and Wi-Fi. If you are looking for pocket friendly stay and want clean rooms then this is the place.

My self and my parents stayed at the place in last week of april. Mr. vikram made the stay quite pleasant with yummy home cooked food. He wholeheartedly made a point to take care of my parents who are senior citizens. the place is good with greenery around, peace, clean washrooms. definitely recommending travellers to opt for stay at the place.
