I went for my account reactivation and to collect the passbook,branch manager was not there, staffs were not able to help me with the basic service. They were trying to update kyc by OTP, because their biometric was not in working condition. They were very demanding to show aadhar original, denied to process the KYC process with the photocopy. After demanding they asked me to wait but couldn't complete my request they asked to visit another branch. Passbook printer was also not in working condition asked me to visit next week. They were not able to generate transaction statements also. Some staffs very negligence in responding and working for the sake of attendance. Wasted my 3hrs of time, specially in covid situation.
