Lakshman Singh, the king of Sikar, built the Laxmangarh fort on the hill of Laxmangarh in 1862 AD to protect the subjects of Sikar and in 1864 AD built the city of Laxmangarh around this fort. Given its construction period, it can be considered new in other fortifications of Rajasthan. Earlier this area was known as Beragaon.
Amazing and historical place..
Beautiful view..
Now it's a private place...

The fort's architecture and design reflect a blend of Rajput and Mughal influences, providing visitors with a glimpse into the region's cultural history. The panoramic views from the fort offer a picturesque experience, making it a worthwhile destination for history enthusiasts and those seeking a cultural adventure. However, keep in mind that the fort may require some maintenance to preserve its charm over time. Overall, Laxmangarh Fort is a fascinating landmark that transports visitors to a bygone era.

The studio setting at Photo Spot is impeccable for maternity photoshoots. The lighting, props, and atmosphere created the most enchanting backdrop for our pictures. We are delighted with the results.

Laxmangarh fort is private fort and not open for public, but you can walk up to Balaji temple, from there you can have a Birdseye view of Laxmangarh. Fort is made on small hill and is beautiful.

Laxmangarh Fort (Hindi: लक्ष्मणगढ़ किला) is a ruined old fort on a hill in the town Laxmangarh of Sikar district of Indian state Rajasthan. Situated 30 kilometres (19 mi) from Sikar, it was built by Rao Raja of Sikar, Laxman Singh in 1862, who also founded a village in his own name as Laxmangarh in 1864.The most imposing building in this Laxmangarh town is its small fortress (owned by the Jhunjhunwala Family) which looms over the well laid out township on its west side. Laxman Singh, the Raja of Sikar, built the fort in the early 19th century after Kan Singh Saledhi besieged the prosperous town. The fort of Laxmangarh is a unique piece of fort architecture in the whole world because the structure is built upon scattered pieces of huge rocks.
