I have admitted my daughter on Monday early morning due to high fever..
Doctors are very friendly and 24 hours monitoring with equipped staffs...
from the first hour till the discharge they have taken care completely.. I have adopted cashless option and not paid any single rupee extra to hospital. Strongly suggesting for others for treatment either insurance or cash.
Food, bevarage and canteen facilities also good...

Very nice,clean and excellent hospital....My son was admitted there for kidney stone treatment...all the doctors and staffs are very kind and cooperative... Urology doctor Mr.Raman clearly explained what's the actual problem and surgery process...All the billing process and arrangements were made very easy..very helpful staffs. Particularly .Mr.Albert in Billing section is a man of good spirit and helping tendency.Thanks a lot to all staffs.

Feedback: I’m a delicate and sensitive person but Dr. Padma Sri mam totally impressed me by the way I was treated from the very first time till today and the way she followed up was so nice. She is not only an Excellent Doctor , very simple, superb Human being, easily approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with her selfless service. She is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. Apart from dedication .

I visited first time this hospital...Dr. Kanmani madam advise is very clear and handling patient like me very kind.. I never seen like this type of doctor.. I got lot of good advice from her..his nurse taken eco test and ecg and TMT very fine and patient friendly and also clarified doubt very clearly, my fearness totaly gone... I was admitted in Sugam Hospital at Chromepet for by pass surgery to treat multiple major blocks in my heart vessels.First of all, the doctors and all the staff were very kind and friendly. Dr. Immanuel Arunkumar the Cardiologist explained well about the procedure and about post operative conditions. This helped me and my family to come out of anxiety. The surgeon Dr.Koushik helped me to come out of my doubts and fear and spoke to me as one in my family.The charges were very moderate. With in a week l am back to normal.This hospital gave me a new life. Thanks a lot to all in Sugam Hospital.

Doctor Natraj Ramar sir is one of the best Doctor in sugam hospital. He helped me very well for reduce back pain without medicines and injection.
I had a good physio treatment experience.

My mother had suffered from stroke at her age of 85. Our family Doctors Dr. Ranjith Pratap and Dr. Innisai Ranjith of Vijaya Diabetes center referred the hospital and also got the regular updates about my mother from the hospital till her discharge. On their guidance I have taken my mother and admitted in Sugam hospital on a Sunday midnight. I didn't have time to inform the hospital even in advance. But the emergency team and the Doctor had taken Swift action and gave her life saving treatments and moved her to ICU. The whole hospital atmosphere was conducive and every hospital staff, from Doctors to helpers were very kind and supportive including the administration staff. A special thanks to the owner (Doctors) for their great support in treating my mother. It is not good to conclude on my behalf without mentioning about Dr.C. S. Aravind, Cardiologist, Dr. Deva Prasad neurologist, Dr. Kanmani MD, Dr. Manikandan MD. ICU Doctors are very cordial and supportive and clear our worries in a great way. Thanks to ward Doctors Dr. Manjula, Dr. Pradeep, Dr. Gowtham and Dr. Manimegalai for their good support. Staff nurse Divya darshini and Deepa. In this line I will also thank administrative staff Mr. Albert, Ms. Divya, Ms. Sasikala, Ms. Sharmi, Ms. Suvethra, and Mr. Venkat. ICU securities also doing their job great. A special thanks to a senior pharmacy staff Ashok. I am sorry if I miss any specific one to thank. The hospital is not at all keeping the patients unnecessarily in ICU and in wards just for earnings. People who are reading this review may have a doubt as to how I can remember so many names. It's simple, when people supports us beyond our expectations, we can remember their names for long. To conclude, SUGAM HOSPITAL is a good hospital at an affordable rate with all facilities including medical and non medical things.

Today I went through one such occasion and when my husband Venugopal- IIP2400031 was discharged after surgery, due to a technical fault, I tried to pay more than 1 lakh rupees due to the hospital through my debit card. Mr. Albert Sir, Reception Billing Operator Suveetra, Counter Staff Sharmi, the support provided by them, Sharmi who helped by taking the necessary paper copies cannot be forgotten. I will never forget my brother Albert sir, who always solved the problem with love.
