Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

Four point manager and other staffs very helpful mind persons. My friend missed the hand bag in this hotel, he is driver. But the hotel management is keep the bag safely and handed over to my friend.

Had a very pleasant stay at the property. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Restaurant at the hotel is decent and offers variety of food at reasonable prices. Spa also had great ambiance and offers variety of massage options. Close to most markets n malls, good location. Recommended!

I was impressed by their impeccable service. Everything was smooth from checkin till checkout. They were able to handle the huge rush of the long weekend very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the location is also good. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed here for a business meeting with colleagues. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. The buffet was with limited options for lunch but good. The morning breakfast was excellent.

Highly recommended for short stay or vacation.

Lovely place to stay in Chennai.
This is located in a very good location with the ease of access.
Watch out for the peak traffic times though. We can't escape traffic in Chennai at peak times.

Everything was good, except the food portion & billing activities. There will be even good size of pizza with variety in normal shops but Marriott group doesn't have good exposure to food quantity. There was some drilling & other construction work going on in the other room which disturbed me alot, I preferred Marriott for my business dealings but it didn't meet the parameter

An excellent hotel in the heart of OMR.

Spacious room, good seating area and a great bed and a nice shower room (power shower was excellent). The TV was huge and had an excellent range of local and foreign channels and genres. The space in the room was excellent and the separate baggage and changing area is a real plus. The room gets a 10/10.

The internet connectivity was perfect - no issues with speed or internet dropping once in the 3 weeks I stayed there.

Breakfast was included in the rate and the was alot of variety and the live cooking station catered to all of my needs. The Club Lounge and evening happy hour was excellent. The lounge space also provided a quite zone to work on my laptop and very comfortable.

The staff were amazing, notably Mr Ram Mohan - the front office manager - he was like action man - no request was an issue and he managed a well run team perfectly. A role model manager who runs a well motivated team.

There is a good sized gym also on the first floor which is well stocked with machines and free weights.

Also, Mr Shyam Sundar was excellent and attended to my room everyday - a happy, professional and diligent chap.

The hotel feel is boutique and the staff were excellent in their customer service skills and attitude. No request was an issue and requests were dealt with immediately.

The choice and quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent and room service was prompt.

The roof terrace is a bonus too, there is a pool and it is a great place to unwind in the evening.

The location of the hotel is good and it's not far from the Marina Mall, there are also alot of eateries close by and it's not too far from the beach.

I have no complaints, The Four Points is now my go to hotel when in Chennai and is highly recommended for leisure and business trips. 10/10.

This was luxury under budget. Nice place, good atmosphere, best for someone who wants a Grand Sheraton experience in a budget friendly way!

An awesome hotel with neat & standard room. Me & my better half were at a spree to local areas & we were dead tired & wanted to relax. To our surprise we found this reputed hotel near us & did a last minute booking, the time we entered till our exit the staffs have taken very good care of us. Hospitality was great. Room was clean & very well equipped with amenities which we expect in a reputed hotel. Very much thankful to all who have been generous to us.

Stayed here for 3 nights. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in till now. The rooms are spacious enough and tidy. The entire hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

The ambience and menu of the eatery also live up to expectations. One of the best things I liked about this hotel is they didn’t waste a single inch of space. Even though the size of the property is somewhat small. They used it efficiently.

Everything (Rooms, Service & Ambience(the place even has a very beautiful swimming pool)) is perfect about this place except for the location. Four points by Sheraton & Fairfield by Marriott are located wall to wall in what obe would consider Southern Chennai. It is quite far away from all the major tourist attractions like Madras Government Museum, Fort St. George & Marina Beach & even far away from the property. However, a must for anyone who does not mind traveling to North Chennai every day and for whom a good hotel is important at the end of the day when she/ he is tired. A good place.

Stayed with my friend and had a better comfort with the room and food they provided and the front desk manager Mr. Ram provided us a better complimentary services and focused on our requirements and also those provided room services did their jobs perfectly, whenever i called reception for a request or need they provided immediate assistance. Overall had a staying experience. Thank you.

To our surprise we found this reputed hotel near us Hospitality was great. Room was clean & very well equipped with amenities which we expect in a reputed hotel. Very much thankful to all who have been generous to us

I booked the hotel without knowing its location and had to cancel it, i must say the manager is really kind and helpful , appreciate his service

First of all I'd like to say that the staff was really attentive and interactive albeit a tad slow service.

The room was really clean and well stocked on supplies.

We had complimentary breakfast added on our stay and it was better than other places offering complimentary breakfast. Really wide selection in the buffet!

Don't have anything to complain but if I had to pick the staff present while checking out wasn't as attentive as the ones present during check in. (This last line is really subjective so take it with a bit of an salt)
