This place is really worth to visit. It has given classy and vintage feel. The quality and quantity of food is good and reasonable for the cost. Providing very healthy foods in a good place with good hospitality. Yes servers are serving food with smile. They made me happy with their hospitality. I am satisfied with this place.

Provide food in a traditional way at cheap prices. Neat and clean, you can enjoy south Indian foods with good taste.

Had this amazing ghee roast dosa , Idly , podi with ghee and coffee... was to eager to hog dosai... n hence no pix...extraordinary coffee served in copper glass... nostalgia and an amazing experience on whole.... if u wanna sit and experience just the breeze and be urslf.... Sat for like 3 hours... and don't realise how time flew... friendly staff homely feel of food and interaction as the staff.... thanks Alexander Joshua for such an amazing food and by the way thanks for spoiling me with such good food...n making this non foodie to a craving foodie. And certainly this is not a place if u wan a hotel feel... it's a place to sit and enjoy ur food jus not finish ur dinner like a task...

Btw My next attack would be for kulfi, sizzling brownie & cheese paniyaram.....

Lovely place. Good for snacking and light dinner items. Their coffee and masala keerai vada is a must try.

I've been here a few times but really love the guy who owns the place. Every one who work here are very decent and talk sweetly. The quality of the food is also nice. The thing I liked here the most is the place, how they've built it. When you'll enter the place you'll feel like you've come to a totally different place, like in a village house. They've decorated the place nicely with and old theme.

Terrific place. Love the ambience. Especially the seating inside. Simple, hygienic place. Great food. Bottomless sambar buckets!!! Visited Saravana Bhavan at Navalur last weekend. Kids insisted we go back to Old Madras Cafe today!!

This is the place when you definitely need to go ! You are received with so much warmth and love that you feel you at home with yr family ! The OMC family is become a part of my life now! I stay close to the hotel so I'm a frequent visitor at this place... The quality of food is really good and it feels like you are eating at home.
The owner Sushil is a fantastic person he welcomes all the customers as his family and makes you feel special while you are with him.I would recommend to visit this hotel and try out the local food with a special coffee.

One the best places on OMR road , serving with a lot of love and affection authentic Poori and Bhaji , Vada very tasty meals nothing to beat their Dosa items.

A simple cozy restaurant with all amenities. Loved the food as it resembles the homemade one. Cheap and the waiters were humble. It's a good place for families, weekend get-togethers and ofcourse all sorts of crowd.

Visited this place several times. Took my father in law, who is 81, and he loved the ambiance. It reminded him of the Spanish Riviera. Typical Southern Indian food, with a three course rice meal for lunch and dosais, idly, vadai accompanied by hot coffee and tea served in the traditional South Indian way. It lives up to its name of Old Madras. The wall adorned with photos of the yesteryears give the genuine feel of those good old days.

Awesome coffee, potato baji, superb varieties of dosa and chutney. Nice ambiance and homely taste. Price is also nominal. Great place to have a simple meal with great coffee.

Good taste without compromising the quality. Food doesn't have any artificially added ingredients. Hangout this place if u are in and around Navalur and Sathyabama. Coffee and poori are my favorites.
