Right place if you want to enhance your muscles strength, Master Subhash is great man I know and he is good in all terms and he trained several people and the results are awesome. The fee is Very reasonable monthly and quarterly (recommend). You can visit and workout to feel the strength in you, all the equipment are well tested and maintained..

If you are looking for luxury then this place is not for you.

Best cost-effective gym in and around Kamakoti Nagar, pallikaranai. You have limited equipment to do your workouts but worth for the money you pay. Gym trainers are very supportive and guide you through your fitness goals with polite attitude. Be Fit Stay Strong.

Located in the 4 th floor of the building and it has all gym equipment available. Weight training @450 per month, Cardio and weight training @650 and personal training @2k available. If you pay for 3 months then you would be getting discount. Coaching and support is good. Nice music and the ambience will make you feel good and will push you further for workouts. It's unisex gym.
