Overall it was good experience.
Staffs are good and helpful well informed and well behaved. We got a warm welcome and had a chance to the test drive the desired car on the 2nd day.. because we were late visiting the showroom on the first time.

For your car purchase , if you wish to test drive the car you have to be there before sunset.

I would rather rate them higher for their calm and measured behavior. Mr. Biswajit is very efficient and helpful. I have worst experiences with other dealers but Lexus motors Rajarhat, from day 1 they are helping us to judge and take decision. This is what a customer needs. They are not pushing any product or they are not showing less interested. Everytime we visit they are attending us with same care. Hope we can proceed early and bring home our new car from their showroom.

Special thanks to sales executive Saptorshi Roy for letting me know about safari, he is such a nice person and guided me very very well and helped me to get such a nice vehicle peacefully, thanks to lexus motors automall and thanks to Saptorshi Roy.

We had booked Tiago BS-6 Petrol model from Lexus Motors Rajarhat during May'22 mid, and were promised delivery by 3 months ( approx. 90 days). However due to model getting discontinued we had to opt for Top Model , which was handled very well by Team Lexus ( Mala Mam, Mr Basudev).

Communication about car status, updates and support was extended by Team Lexus very well, more suitably by Mr Basudev who was very supportive and cooperated a lot throughout the tenure. I would recommend him always for his constant support, effective communication and ownership of a particular customer.

Delivery was well coordinated, punctual without much delay.

Delighted with over all experience, however it would have been more perfect had we got our booked model ( XZ) on promised timelines.

I have purchased my car Tata Altroz from Lexus Motors and took delivery on 19/02/2021. My car has some physical damage at the side bottom which I have noticed after 4 hours of delivery. Immediately I informed to Salas Manager and CRN (Customer Relation Manager) about the issue. CRN Madam had taken up the issue and also send a confirmation message after a few hours on the same day that the damage will be rectified by Lexus Motors which give me mental pleaser. My car has been rectified and i am satisfied with the work. I found that after sales customer service of Lexus Motors is very supportive, even towards a ordinary customer like me. At least my experience at 1st instance, was good and as a result I have given rating 5 out of 5 to Lexus Motors, Kolkata, WB. I think, if we approach with valid and genuine issues, we may get proper justice from this dealer.
The aim of my above remarks is not to biased any of my friend, colleague and customers.

Today, after a long period, my dream has come true. now I became the owner of a Tata Nexon Car. It is really a good experience about the dealer, Lexus Motors, Newtown. It will be very unfair if I do not mention the name of my sales executive Mr. Archiman Roy. He is so polite and one proactive assistant. His support helped me to chose the right model and making the entire process smoothly.
