Irresponsible and ill mannered staff. Only for the lady that prints pass book and the person who gives out cash.
The passbook lady seems blind, she said she won't print the passbook and asked me to go to to my branch, and actually i was already in my branch. So she never checked the branch code on the passbook and just asked me to leave

The cashier was so ill mannered that he threw my cash at me, because I had asked him to give the cash instead of talking to his colleague who was sitting inside his cabin with him and 5 people were waiting outside for their cash

If a system wrote 24/7 then i think it mean available any time.... But at this stage of ubi you meaning change of 24/7 ....😎😎

Poor service.. employees are sitting there just to receive their salaries and to treat customers like servants and not to provide hassle free services. Disrespectful and mannerless.. if you want a good banking avoid this place. And they dont even deserve a single star
