I’m one of the victim of false 498A, as I resides quite far from UP and cannot watch closely my own case so district court lawyers was getting this advantage and they were playing with me.

I got to know that only High court can give me remedy as there is no provision of AB in UP, to find a good High court lawyer I just had 2 hopes , first is obviously god and second is google…after praying to the god I started using google to find a lawyer and after discussing my case with multiple lawyers I shortlisted RK Shukla sir and that’s the turning point of my case.

During our first discussion he listen to me carefully and explained me all the legal things which so far most of the lawyers was hiding, I have given him my case very first he got the arrest stay of all my family members including me, after which we all started feeling safe then he helped me with all his valuable suggestions throughout the case like how to deal with police, district court lawyers and last but not the least to my enemies also(who filled the case against me) during the entire mediation process.

The best part of having RK Shukla sir as your advocate is if you ask any legal thing whatever answer you will get that will be absolutely correct even you can cross verify with CJI also he will not say it wrong…because during this litigation I interacted with so many lawyers most of them doesn’t have proper legal knowledge, many times after cross verifying their answers I found it incorrect.

Now the interim settlement has happened in the mediation and final settlement will be on the next date. I just want to thanks to RK Shukla sir for helping me and resolving my case.
