The trainer is very experienced. He provided me diet plans according to my needs. He assists us in every exercise whether its form , rep or weight assistance. The gym is my family now. One must definitely join it and it's genuine recommendation.

Pleasent personal experience when compared to the other Gyms of my locality. Economical in all terms. Getting effective personal assistance there to shape the body. Clean and hygienic with proper ventilation.

Best gym woth good equipments amd also trainer is very good. he tells you about all the excercise and keep a close eye on you while you are working out.For girls too its a good place to workout without being judged.

Best place in locality to train your body. Sandeep sir (trainer) is well educated, knowledgeable, friendly yet disciplined; he keeps an close eye on everyone's progress (no extra charge). Gym is fully air-conditioned and all the equipments are available. You'll be provided with diet chart and exercise schedule. Other extra gym supplies (suppliments etc.) are available and you can buy them at reasonable price, if you want.

A very nice ambience and Sandeep Bhaiya's behaviour towards each one of us is very decent and polite. He is working hard with each and everyone to feel worth coming there.
