With good rooms , free Wi-Fi and is located approx - 500m to 1km from the main prayagraj railway station
It’s in a very good location.

There restaurant was under renovation when visited in July so u might have to order online or eat somewhere else .. until it’s built

If you will see my rating for many hotel and restaurant, I have given them low rating on the basis of service and environment they created.

But now I'm giving this hotel 5 start because of below reasons:-

*They are too good in service.

*Even if this your first visit at hotel, you are not going to feel anything awkward.

*COUPLE FRIENDLY HOTEL

*Cleanliness is perfect.

*I enjoyed AC in hot summer.

*Sanitization before your eyes.

*Friendly behaviour at reception.

I am well satisfied from this hotel.
Because of polite behaviour of staff and good cleaning in room.
Television also work properly.
No any problem i have faced during. check in or check out .

Nice place to stay in allahabd..but staff is busy in there own stuff..dont care much about the visitors..i stayed their for two days and no laundry guys showed up even on conveying the message to the reception guys moreover the phone of my room was also not working and the staff cared least about getting it recitified even on asking them many times. Food will be liked by the ones who like spicy food.

This is one of the best hotel in Allahabad but still need to improve.
The customer service.
Breakfast is something which you will not like at all and they have pre decided menus(poha or sandwiches that is it)
Apart from restro part you will like to place in terms of the quality of the room and the room service.

Overall I loved my 3 days stay, from your reception to your beautiful spacious rooms offered during my stay at Prayagraj. I was waiting for such kind of property in reasonable price. Your reception staff is also very professional, behaved well and listen to all my queries and resolved in one go whatever best they can provide, please don't leave them.

Little bit mis-management was seen over there in cleanliness or Complimentary breakfast either due to less staff members or somewhat else, can't figure it out.

Few points I want to bring into your notice that 1). Place some directions for Reception that is on FIRST FLOOR.

2). Cleanliness and hygiene must not be taken for granted, it should be maintained well along with running business. Because it is easy to establish any property but quite difficult to run and manage the same properly as per guests needs in reasonable prices.

3). Complimentary Breakfast management needed much in serving. No staff was present over there. (Like I said due to less staff which was very difficult for one person to manage everything)

4). Due to No Network Zone I faced alot, which is very important for any business traveller or proper constant speed of wifi must be there whenever needed.

At last, I would like to wish u all for great success in your business.

Seriously, I loved the property and place and would recommend others too to stay if you keep on improving the services.

Neat and clean. Courteous staff and almost one Kilometer from Prayagraj Junction from Platform No. 1 side. New Novelty Restaurant nearby will satisfy your culinary needs.

Very nice hotel for staying . First class service provided by the management.
Staff behaviour was also very polite. Best place in varanasi for staying in a budget price.

It's a great place to stay with family.. Staff is friendly and caring. Meals are also good and delicious.

This place is different in real n photos dnt go behind photos ..photo or nt of this hotel .. but if someone waana stay here it is best hotel well maintained n clean rooms n service is also fast
