Everything is ok but accordingly everything needs to improve so as this hospital more services can be added as well since I am pregnant and just for Doppler scan I wad referred to another hospital so that can be added.

My wife was having some serious problem and suddenly I have admitted her in hospital under guidance of Sonia Ma'am. Service in terms of Support, nursing and all are at best level. No complain. The biggest thing is that housekeeping is at another level. In my private ward there were cleaning for 3 times in a day atleast for room, bathroom and all. Even at emergency ward housekeeping is at another level.

Support by Doctors in terms of visit, consulting, behaviour with patient is tremendous and appreciable. You will not feel that no body is there to take care. Food to patient is good quality

Staff like YOGENDRA Tripathi, jolly sister, fiza, Chadari, garima Pandey and all other are excellent.

Thanks to the Dr. Sonia Madam and Rajiv Sir for such a good hospitality.

Narayana Swaroop Hospital which is situated in Mundera, Prayagraj. The doctors here are very good and the nurse staff here is very good and cleanliness is taken care of a lot. More and more types of treatment are available here and all kinds of facilities are available. There is also a temple here. People coming here with patients pray in the temple of Narayan ji.

Some doctor and thier staff have good behaviour and some assitant doctor have oversmartness with own work and they do not talk to the patient attanted. My private word I'd very good and clean. And this hopstial provide food to patient without ant extra cast. And this hospital provide to stay the patients attendent with full facility. I'm happy to this hospital service🙏😄.

On 25 February 2024 I was having headaches later when I reached hospital we found out that it was herpes zoster that's why I was having a strong headaches I was admitted to this hospital (Narayan Swaroop Hospital) and thanks to all the doctors and staff I am okay now . Hospital's service are too good and doctors are friendly also I am thankful for all the things and finally they are going to discharge me on 03 March 2024. Thanks for all staff members for treating me well. I am grateful.

Wow what a hospital, really it is hard to find hospital like this in today's era. Drs. especially Rajiv singh sir, dedicated towards sewa not for money. My father's operation was done there with DDU cashless card. Great hospital, nice staff best drs, best facilities. Best hospital in prayagraj, mundera.

1. Best doctor I ever met. This is for entire doctor panel of Dr. Sonia.
2. I was not happy with the staff and nurses. I felt they should be trained to develop emotional attachment with patients.
3. Female staff must be available with female patient where male doctor is examining.
4. The dispencery sold one local medicine which was not branded.

Good experience from the facilities provided in this hospital.
