এখানকার যে দাদা/স্যার এই ব্যাঙ্কে আধার কার্ডের কাজ করেন তার ব্যবহার খুবই ভালো ,আধার কার্ড আপডেট এর বিষয় উনার কাছ থেকে আমি খুবই সাহায্য পেয়েছি .. এবং কোনো টাকা নেননি

The staffs are good and happy to help. Being a private sector bank whose main aim is the profit maximization, you can't expect very high quality service with a little amount of money in your pocket. And the staffs can't do much more that is not in the bank's rules. Still they try to help the customer as much as possible. It is true every bank branch has various staffs with different mindset. It's your luck, that is the deciding factor.

Otherwise, I have a good experience (not the best or the worst) with this bank branch. Even the security personnel helped me.

Good people , good behaviour, but it past 5 days, still waiting for my nre account to be opened, they had committed to be opened in two days
