This is my first gym and the trainers are all Awesome and really helpful and the exercises they give are beginners friendly and useful too I would of course recommend this gym to people who are searching for gym for beginners.

The best gym till now i experienced all the trainers are very nice especially SAURAV DA as a owner is very dedicated to his work he is very punctual and active trained everyone in dedicated way and very serious toward his work. so if you are looking a good environment gym and serious trainer please join IRON FITNESS.Very well equipped gym with all the machines needed. I do my daily workout in this gym and visited this gym for 3-4 week and found it to be a bit better. Barasat people can absolutely option for this superb gym with all the facilities..A very good place for beginners who are trying to reduce their body weight and also for people who are seeking a good gym for their bodybuilding hobby... I admitted in this gym few months ago for gaining my weight, really speaking I love the ambience of the gym .Our trainers train us so well and guide us to maintain diet , and now by maintaining that I'm able to gain weight day by day , and the other thing is that all the trainers behaviour is so good and also the other members, I'm recommending this gym , if you want to keep yourself fit so don't forget to admit to this gym if you live nearby barasat
