Very bad Experience.. Strictly Not recommend.

I recently had a poor experience with your dry cleaning shop. I dropped off an expensive suit before some days. I clearly explained you that the suit was an expensive one and utmost care needed to be taken.
When I was handed over the suit, I noticed that it was folded over. I didn’t think much about it, until I got home. When I unfolded it I noticed discolouration (black color spots) on my whole suit.
when I went back to him and complained then he said I have not done this and you keep your suit here I will remove all these black spots. I again trust on you and keep my suit with you but without my consent you started doing different color (Dark pink) which was not matching with my suit color. when I reached at your shop you showed me that you are doing color on my suit as trial. My whole suit was blemished and had been discoloured all over. when I said why you are doing this color without my consent you started misbehaving.
I took my suit as I know that I will not get repair my expensive suit again.
I will never recommend your dry cleaner services to anyone.

Poor experience... I recently had very bad experience with bombay dry cleaners in which he blemished my expensive suit and misbehaved.
