Most of the time people give Dharna outside of MCF.

Municipal Corporation, Faridabad (MCF) is a front-runner organization dealing with providing the civic amenities and delivering citizen services in Faridabad District of Haryana, India. MCF is a citizen centric organization which lays total emphasis to citizen convenience and delivery of citizen services with transparency as its utmost goal.

But it even wrote place because the workers and staff have rude personality

This goverment department is sleeping
Don't disturb them.
Roads are in worst conditions.
No street lights
Worst park condition
Every where street dogs and cows.
Every street and road has potholes.
whole has no drainage system.
Housing board in sector 3 is in its very bad condition.
In rainy season people have to face lots of problem.

But faridabad is still smart city.

Its the office of Municipal Commisioner of Faridabad.It deals in the maintaince of basic facilities and cleanliness of sectors and colonies under MCF.Keeps death and birth record and issues certificates.The office complex is huge but old.The employees are not well behaved and take long time to do any work.The complex is full of agents who tell you how your work can be done early and easily.The place is dirty and there are no public restrooms in this complex.There is lot of parking space available which is free.Being a govt. office the charges of all services are minimal but its very difficult to get your work done here easily.

I, unfortunately, am a resident of Sec-48 which is the worst place in Faridabad. A vast pool of sewage waste is being overlooked since long. Sometime back has an interaction with officials. Response was very disgusting and frustrating.

No Officer on Duty gives you any positive feed back regarding your complaint. The entire System seems to be Rusted , Officers are Lazy, Lethargic and don't want to work . Poor Show.

The worst management. No one wants to work and no one wants to help normal people. very very bad behaviour of staff.

It is the office of Faridabad Smart City Limited but not at all smart. Full of filth.

I have tried so many times no one is responding very poor service .
