Ray Bari Dasghara

One of the many heritage houses in Dashghara village. Compound is very big and entry of common people is restricted except Durga Puja Days. A must visit place during those 4 days. There are a large number of heritage buildings along with main palatial building in the compound.

Durga puja of Roy family is one of the most famous 'bonedi bari' pujas of Dashghora. Bipin Krishna Roy established this thakurbari of Roy family. The architecture of the Thakur dalan inside the house with it's huge drive way is outstanding. The main gate along with the clock tower is also remarkable. Because of Google Map's weird policies I'm unable to attach any photos with this review.
