Box of Cake

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my son's cake smash event. The order was placed on phone, they did not ask for an advance payment. The communication was clear and the cake was delivered on time. The packaging was impeccable. Highly recommended if you are in Faridabad.

I always order my son's birthday cake from here and they always live upto my expectations... amazing flavors and they make the same design which I ask them to.

I had a wonderful experience with Box of Cake. I will share the whole story a bit later on this post. Let’s start with the most important bit. The cake looked exactly how I wanted it and it tastes absolutely delicious.

I ordered the cake for a 3:30 pm delivery. When the delivery person came, the figurine was broken due to excessive heat (Faridabad is about 40-42 degrees these days). They checked the cake and took it back.

I called the owner back because I was concerned if the cake is hygienic since it was now checked by the delivery people and additionally had been in the heat outside. He instantly said, “Don’t worry Mam. I will make a new cake for you”.

And he did.

Furthermore, the weather turned and it started to rain with thunder and lightning. So I called him again if he could deliver even though we had talked about us picking up the second cake. He got the cake delivered. It did arrive a bit too late, and we quickly had a cake cutting ceremony and rushed out to our dinner booking.

In all a great experience even though it wasn’t exactly as I had planned. We went with the flow, and all people at Box of Cake helped us have a great birthday evening.

Box Of Cake has always been amazing. The very first bakery which makes everything so fresh whether pastries or cakes. And all of them tastes so so so yum. Each and every flavour has got some uniqueness and a taste which one can never forget. I always recommend box of cake and will keep on doing this too. Must try if you are in Faridabad.

I have always ordered a rainbow cake from here for my daughters birthdays, and they create same picture cakes without using fondant and that is amazing. The cakes are light and proper moist and perfect flavours.

I customised the cake and gave him full instructions.
He was very patient and listed all my details.
I was still anxious if the cake would meet my expectations as it was the first time I have ordered from his shop.
