Beautiful place. Must visit. Sadly it is barricaded due to some mishap in jan. Must must visit. Water is really blue and clear as shown in pictures

It is very dangerous if youdont know swimming, because the bottom of it has not been found yet.

Woh can give less than 5 stars to this place, we have our own part of Amazon jungles , The cave of Thailand, this must be among the 7 wonders of world, Nature has his Magic here, Water is so clean, it's so clean down here, the blue water from the ocean, this place has its own connection with the Indian Ocean deep down the waters, unknown depth, so many of stories.

A very clean sub-terranean lake with blue clean water. The place is being developed now and hope it’s ready in the time frame provided.

Have visited this place, this place is not on the main highway. You will have to travel a few KMs to reach. But it is worth visiting. The water of the khund is blue. Rooms built there are another thing to watch. It really feels good, when you visit the place personlly..

Visited the place during geology field trip. Really beautiful underground cave and a water source inside. Also there is a temple inside the cave. Some shops are outside which sells some religious items.

Picturesque location, beautiful surroundings and a mysterious, intriguing natural water tank filled with turquoise water! Lore says that the it is connected directly to the Arabian Sea, and that it was created by Bheem, while Arjun created a pathway to it. A trip to this magnificent place is highly recommended!

Water is exceptionally clear. Place dont have any attractions except one. Kund is possibly veeryyy deep hope u find that if u can swim . U can bath in it .people just prctice diving there .😂😂😂

Awesome place...... A natural wonder. A must visit place if ur on way from jabalpur to chatarpur MP. It is said that the pandavs visited here and bhim made an impact with his gada to unearth water. The water here is turquoise blue crystal clear.
This place hosts a traditional Sanskrit school and imparts free education to residential students. The school runs on grants received through scares donations.

Very amazing view but now not able to take bath

Must visit place. Real beauty of nature. Don't take direct road from bhimkund to jatashankar. That direct road is very rough.

Blue water under the Cave

The awesome creation of nature, the bhimkund is located near Bakswaha town. It is a underground lake formed by solution activity over the local rock of impure limestone. The pond water is deep blue colour and said to be connected with deep source of water in cavernous inter connected system of underground channels extended to very large distance.

BhimKund is a Place of tourist attraction, It is basically a Sinkholes can range in size from a few feet or meters to over 100 meters (300 feet) deep.A sinkhole can even collapse through the roof of an underground cavern and form what's known as a collapse sinkhole, which can become a portal into a deep underground cavern.
While there are caverns located around the world, not all have been explored. .
Karst is a topography formed from the dissolution of soluble rocks such as limestone, dolomite, and gypsum. It is characterized by underground drainage systems with sinkholes and caves.
Subterranean drainage may limit surface water, with few to no rivers or lakes. However, in regions where the dissolved bedrock is covered (perhaps by debris) or confined by one or more superimposed non-soluble rock strata, distinctive karst features may occur only at subsurface levels and be totally missing above ground. Cavern is Created by solution activities of dolomitic limestone. Geologically located in Bijawar group of rocks.
Best Season for visit:-
Winter season is best time for visit. Although it is in open area , one should avoids moving around after sun set. One can move on SUV or motorcycle from Sagar MP
Precaution;-
Diving and Bathing is dangerous at this place.

Great place to see. So many taking bath and still water was so clean. Seems this water coming from confined aquifers beneath.
