I started gyming again after 10 years and choose Hype gym sector 28 Faridabad, I would say all the trainers are very good, but I got trained by Sunny, He is a very helpful and humble person. I would say, he has good knowledge, of how much weight we should pick based on my strengths with the right technique. The best part of the gym is the environment it's very good. They don't focus on personal training whatever you are paying it's enough for them. I personally recommend this to a nearby person. We should appreciate this kind of Gyms.

I am a member of hype gym from 2 months and it's a great experience there .Apart from weight training there are some extra curricular interactive activities also like kick boxing, cardio classes, yoga, bhangra, aerobics and zumba . It provides an energetic environment and good vibes at reasonable prices. My trainer Maninder sir is extremely good and have proper training skills with knowledge. I am very happy to be a part of this gym and will continue there only .
