Omkareshwar is beautiful surrounding with dense forests and temple touched with river Narmada. The temple pames are small and not that neatly maintained.

My suggestion to visit temple is in early hours between 5 to 8 AM in mornings after the darshan time may go to 4 to 8hours too .. take darshan at 6 and visit another temple opposite to it , finish your entire darshn by 8 and get return

Omkareshwar temple for darshan 4-5 hours because too much public crowd but line system is there and vip line is there unofficial but no management only formality

Management is not good as good in mahakaleshwar Road situation is worst and traffic jam is heptic you should be in queue atleast 3 hours in Sawan to get darshan of omkareshwar baba

It is one of the Dwadash Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. Very nice place worth visiting. Place of stay is available in all the range.

Good place, you can't easily get the bus from here for ujjain and Indore every 10 -15 min
