Previously I had lot of issues in this bank. However, unlike previous staff Shakuntala ma'am genuinely makes an effort to help.

Worst experience. After the merger of state bank of mysore to State bank of India it's the worst experience you'll get to experience. New staffs are very arrogant and annoying. Had applied for cheque book haven't got it yet. It was for emergency all I get to hear is wait. Never have an account in this particular branch.

Earlier as SBM it was the most convenient bank. After merger with SBI, its now a horrible bank with pathetic customer service. New staff here are highly arrogant, they think themselves as Kings and Queens of SBI. Least bothered to lend ears towards customer's concerns.

Having the worst experience with my loan application

Applied for a home loan for an amount which is 1/5 th of my eligibility around 5 months back in SBM. Later the SBM Branch Manager got transferred post merger and the loan got shifted to Cleveland Branch.

Its been 4 months I am following up on the status with no clear update and timeline being provided. The people are highly unresponsive and slow. I had also paid them for legal verification etc and provided all documents in the begining.

Now my money is stuck with builder and no sight of when the loan will be processed , no response . My bad luck I applied here based on their tie up with the builder and their recommendation. Legal course seems to be the only option now!!

The staff behaviour is horrible i was expecting they will solve my issue after lunch break or next counter….but they said to go to different branch only hats off Sbi …Superb Bank of India

SbI is such amazing bank
But the staff was least bothered to help.. Also the manager was extremely lazy.. Helpless.. Did not even want to talk or hear.. If they don't want to serve .. Why customer service.. Pathetic experience.....

I don't want anything or anyone else have same experience ......plz do not visit this branch if need be...

Worst branch, nobody is on the desk, Doesn't bother to ask why we are waiting, exactly at 3pm employees leave the bank.

The staff is very lazy worst service I came here for taking housing loan repayment certificate they took more than 1 hour time to issue the certificate which the same work completed in less than 10 mins in other Bank where I experienced

Worst bank ever . they are very rude to customers . receptionist doesnt stay the same , daily one one receptionist changes and that changed receptionist stays busy in her /his phone everytime .

Worst service, no proper staff waste of time too much, better try with Kotak Mahindra Bank
